WRONG NAMES SHOWS ON TICKET

I BOOKED TICKET ON WEBSITE , I AM A CONSULTANT, WHILE BOOKING THE TICKET I ENTERED MY CLIENT NAME BUT ON WEBSITE, IT SHOWS MY NAME ON TICKET, TICKET IS STILL UNDER PROCESS
