Why 20% offer is not getting applied to Eurail Global pass when I try to book through Need help in this regard

I asked the customer care once regarding this issue. They said that 20% offer is not loaded in the system and it will get updated by evening. But I don't see that 20% offer getting applied to Eurail Global Pass anymore.

Thanks for the question.

The current 20% offer on Eurail Global Pass is available on India website. Request you to use Google Chrome as your web browser while making a booking and also register if not yet, by clicking on "My Account" which is on the homepage of our website and Register by filling in the details.

To purchase Eurail Global Pass click "Here".

Keep in mind that seat reservations would be mandatory for all High-Speed, Night, Scenic and Border Crossing trains. But, you will avail pass holder/discounted fares for these journeys with the pass. With a Pass you can travel on regional/intercity trains within a country.

In order to book seat reservations, please visit our website.

The pass seats can be reserved by clicking on “Seat Reservations” & feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares.

Please click on the “Fare Details” tab to view details regarding the type of fare, type of seat, whether a reservation is included or not and the After Sales Policy.

I need to buy the Eurail Global pass and it is the last day of the promotion. I don't see the 20% offer getting applied on the website. Please rectify it.
