We have purchased a Global Pass. We want to travel from Granada to Madrid.

When I use the planning tool to determine the cost of reservations I am receiving a message stating the 'fares we requested are not available with selected rail pass'. This is for travel on March 17 and the message if for the portion from Antequera-Santa Ana to Madrid. Please advise.

Thanks for the question.

As your travel date is too close, there is a possibility that the fares are sold out. You can purchase seat reservations locally from the train station subject to availability as if we process an Offline booking for seat reservations on our system, it will not get delivered to you on time as delivery is within 8 business days and your travel date is too close.

Hence kindly purchase seat reservations locally from the train station subject to availability.
