Thank you Amar for your response. I am planing to travel the Engadin in the first week of May 2017 for 5 days.

Day 1 - I will travel from Milan to Tirano for a night stay before boarding the Bernina Express the next morning with the France/Switzerland Pass as there is no Italy/Switzerland Pass. With the discount till end of Dec 2016, the pass will be 175 Euro each for me & my husband travelling together.

Day 2 - I will travel all the way to Chur to stay one night there so that I may experience the whole of Bernina Express. This will be the first day for use of card.

Day 3 - On the 2nd day of the pass, I will travel from Chur to Pontresina for a night stay. During that day, I plan to have a short visit to St Moritz in the late morning followed by a visit to Diavolezza to take the cable car up for the view in the afternoon.

Day 4 - On the 3rd day of the pass, I will be travelling down from Pontresina to Tirano and then take the Bernina Express Bus (should be operating in the first week of May) onward to Lugano.

Day 5 - On the 4th day of the pass, I will take the train from Lugano to Milan before I take another train to Genoa for our second leg of tour at the Italian Riviera.

My questions are :

1. Does the pass covers the buses at Engadin? I believe it covers the all the train rides.

2. Do I get 50% discount on the cable car ride at Diavolezza?

3. Can I use the pass for our train journey from Lugano to Milan on day 4? I believe I may have to pay for the sector from Chiasso to Milan as the pass does not cover Italy.

All in all, do you think it's worth our while to take buy the pass for 2 seniors travelling together?

Thank you in advance for looking into my inquiries.

With best regards

Guat Keng
