Urgent: Booking no. 43581514: Not yet received the print at home email

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received the order confirmation for my swiss rail pass with booking no. 43581514. However, I have still not received the print at home email. Please send this urgently as I have to travel on the 14th of June.

Hello Hamzaali,

Thanks for the question.

As per the booking number we can see that the passes have been already sent to your email id. Kindly print the passes on an A4 size paper and carry for your travel.
