Unable to Proceed to Booking

We wish to book our train tickets for Spain travel, and print them off on our home computer. Your website does not allow us to proceed in this regard. Booking number is 39597051. Please advise.

Thanks for the question.

The printing option for Barcelona to Madrid, Granada to Seville and Seville to Barcelona is Print @ Home and the printing option option for Madrid to Antequera and Antequera to Granada is Paper Ticket.

Paper tickets needs to be shipped to your address and you will receive it within 8 business days. For Print @ Home tickets, you will receive the tickets in your email within 48 hours.

As your travel date is too close, Paper Tickets will not get delivered to you on time hence kindly purchase Paper Ticket sectors locally from the train station subject to availability.

we have a problem of booking our entire travel reservations as it asks for payment even after I have the Global pass with me.

Thanks for the question.

Keep in mind that seat reservations would be mandatory for all High-Speed, Night, Scenic and Border Crossing trains. But, you will avail pass holder/discounted fares for these journeys with the pass. With a Pass you can travel on regional/intercity trains within a country.

In order to book seat reservations, please visit our website.

The pass seats can be reserved by clicking on “Seat Reservations” & feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares.

Please click on the “Fare Details” tab to view details regarding the type of fare, type of seat, whether a reservation is included or not and the After Sales Policy.
