train tickets from Venice to Munich on hold.

I made a booking for a train from Venice to Munich. I put in my card details and the order went through. For some reason this purchase is on hold. The money has not been taken out of my account and I have not received a confirmation email.

Hi Leora,

My code is 43800812. I have just checked my account and this trip has disapeared?

The same issue happened with my train from Prague to Berlin 43852297. This one is still on hold on my account though.

It seems to only happen on trains that i book when the tickets have to be sent to my address?
