Train Ticket Not Received

Booked Ticket online in Feb. Confirmation e-mail said my PDF link would be activated within 2 business days. The link has yet to be activated and I leave for my trip on Monday morning.

Hello Madison,

Thanks for the question.

Your tickets are attached and sent to you in your Booking Confirmation email. You will need to print the ticket on an A4 size paper and carry for your travel. Kindly confirm if you received it.
