Train ticket not received

Hi, I booked a ticket from The procedure said that the ticket will be delivered to Aviation Links. However, I called them and they said that no ticket arrived, as well as the local RailEurope branch, who said that I apparently cancelled my own booking, which technically means I should get a refund. I have paid the money but have received no refund.

Reference number is 43049203.

Seek your quick assistance please. Thanks!
