Train Pass not recived

Train Pass not received

I have booked "Eurail Two-Country Select Pass (Ref:43096519)" on 25th April, 2018 for two people and one youth. I haven't received the pass for my journey yet, as i am planning to travel on 10th May onwards.

Moreover i am not able to track the shipment as aforesaid reference number is not UPS tracking number.

Can you please send it asap to

As your booking is processed on Rail Europe Middle East website which is handled by Al Rostamani who is our Dubai Fulfillment Centre, please send an email on the below email id and our team will assist you further.

I have Booked " Swiss Travel Pass Ref : 43253786 on 10th May 2018 for One Person. I haven't Received the Actual Travel Document For my journey yet, as i am planning to travel on 16th may onwards.

Hello Tanjina,

With reference to booking 43253786, we can see that Swiss Travel Pass is already emailed to you on 14th May. You will need to print the Pass on an A4 size paper and carry for your travel.

I will resend the Pass to your Booking Confirmation email.
