Ticket amount has been deducted but no confirmation

I have not got confirm ticket. It went to error at the end and amount has been deducted. Help me!

The payment for the booking made on 1st June is cancelled form our side as the booking did not go through. The amount should reflect back to your card in 8 to 10 business days.

If it does not reflect in the time provided to you then you can drop an email below with this booking number 43490883 and our team will assist you with the authorisation code.
