Switzerland, France and London

Hi, We are couple arriving at Switzerland - Zurich from Hong Kong flight on 5th November 2018. We have 6 days in Switzerland, 3 days in Paris and 5 days in London then head back home Hong Kong. This is our itinerary and we looking at options of our inter city travel in Switzerland and option of travelling from Switzerland to Paris to London.

Day 1 - Arrival at Zurich -Lauterbrunnen (check in hotel) - Interlaken - Lauterbrunnen

Day 2 - Lauterbrunnen - Grindelwald - Lauterbrunnen BLM - Grutschalp - Murrne - Schilthorn - Birg (Cliff Walk) - Lauterbrunnen

Day 3 - Lauterbrunnen - Jungfraujoch - KleineScheidegg - Lauterbrunne -Zermatt

Day 4 - Zermatt - Gornergrat - Zermatt

Day 5 - Zermatt - Sightseeing Matterhorn glacier paradise - Zermatt

Day 6 - Zermatt - Ski at Matterhorn glacier paradise - Zermatt - Lausanne

Day 7 - Lausanne - Pairs

Day 8-9 Pairs

Day 10-14 London

1. Which rail pass is better for us?

2. If I get the Eurail Select Pass 2 countries (Switzerland & France), could I get free travel some of trains in Switzerland, or get discount only? If yes, I would like to know which rails I can get free travel with the pass.
