We will be traveling from

Paris - Bordeaux (18th April)

Bordeaux - Bayonne (21st April)

Bayonne - Brive-La-Gaillarde (23rd April)

Brive-La-Gaillarde - Paris (26th April)

What would you suggest?

Also, I am 25 and I am travelling with another passenger that is 22, do we fit in the Youth category?

Dear Spencer,

Thanks for your question.

As per your travel plan, I would suggest that you buy an France rail pass.

The France rail pass offers you unlimited travel on the national rail networks within France.

Passes can be purchased up to 6 months before your first day of travel. The pass must be validated within 6 months from the original date of issue.

All cross-border trains, night trains, scenic trains and high speed trains will require reservations. However with a Pass the seat reservations will be offered at discounted fares (Pass holder fares)

Kindly note that pass seats can be reserved by clicking on "seat reservations" tab on the home page of our website, & then feed in the name of the pass, Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on "find tickets". Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares.

In order to book a pass, please visit our website.

Also note that the passenger should be 25 years of age to qualify for youth fares. Yes you both can book youth fares.

Hope this helps!!!
