Strike in paris in the 8th of April and no Service

Hello

My name is Eran and i've bought 2 tickets in the 8th of April at 19:11 from Paris to Geneve CFF

I must say that im very disappointed from your service.

i've bought 2 tickets in raileurope and i got a really bad surprise to arrive to the rail station and found that the there is a stike, instead i should rent a car and drove in the dark for 6 hours from Paris to Geneva.

my questions - why you didn't try to contact me in any way to let me know about the strike ?

in addition, why until now, no one try to contact me and say someting about money refound, any appologise, someting ? nothing was done ....the bottom line - where is your service ? why it is so bad ?

please refound my money that i've paid in adavnce approx 3 months ago to the same credit cards i've gave you.

very very disappointed

Hello Eran,

Thanks for the question.

During strike in France, not all the trains are cancelled and if you are already in France, we advise to visit the ticket counter at the train station and inquire if the train you are booked on is cancelled.

As the train you purchased tickets for was cancelled due to strike, please send an email on the below email id along with the scan copy of the car receipt and our team will assist you with the refund process.

i have the same problem like eran ,but, the israeli no 0525220107 is not responding. may be ther is anither tl. no.?

i have to cancel 4 tikets (2 people) lyon- paris- lyon because of the strike on 3/6

what to do???

Hello as Ronit, I also call 052-5220107 and there is no answer at this phone

(i call as it written, from 09:00 to 15:00 monday to Thersday

where is your service ? why do you give people running after you ? where is the responsibility ?

your Israeli team, not exists, its just a number with no service behind.

Hello Leora

There is no a "Israel team"" its only ONE person give the service, her name is Sarah.

in addition, there is no service, she said she's only "messages service" and she will forward my message to you (and you send me to the israeli team that not exists).

yesterday, finally she answer me, but she said she can't talk because she at the hospital and she's after heart attack and she will be in contact with me.

first of all, im very sorry for her and wish her good health but someone can help me ?
