Shipping of railpass to the hotel

I'm about to purchase 2 railpass tickets (France and Spain for 8 days). However, I'll depart from BKK on Friday 28 July. I'm afraid the passes could not be delivered to me in time. So can you send the passes to my hotel in France instead? Or deliver to BKK within Thursday 27?

Please respond urgently.

Please click on the “Fare Details” tab to view details regarding the type of fare, type of seat, whether a reservation is included or not and the After Sales Policy.

Hope this helps!!!
