Print @ home tickets not working

When i click the print my tickets link it takes me to a page with this output

Once your booking is completed, your Print @ home ticket will be automatically downloaded when clicking on this same link

Thalys Print @ Home ticket

Click on the link provided in the confirmation email to open a PDF version of your Print @ home ticket.

Due to anti-fraud verification, it may happen that you will receive the link to your Print @ home ticket within 2 business days.

Check your spam folder, as sometimes emails are automatically redirected there.

Your tickets are emailed to you in your Booking Confirmation email. Kindly confirm if you received it and if you are able to print the tickets.

I have the same problem. Booking no is 42527413 two tickets Paris to Brussels. Leaving home at 5am tomorrow so would be VERY grateful if you could send them to my email address. Thank you.

Hello, The same thing happened to me on tickets from Bruges to Amsterdam. (I did list this on another thread but this seems more appropriate.)

I have two ticket reference numbers for that trip:

RSSJSB and RSSJUP
