Print @ home ticket download not working

We have received a Rail Europe booking confirmation e-mail, and got the following message by clicking the link.

"Once your booking is completed, your Print @ home ticket will be automatically downloaded when clicking on this same link

Thalys Print @ Home ticket

Click on the link provided in the confirmation email to open a PDF version of your Print @ home ticket.

Due to anti-fraud verification, it may happen that you will receive the link to your Print @ home ticket within 2 business days.

Check your spam folder, as sometimes emails are automatically redirected there."

I cannot download the PDF of our tickets.

Could you please send it to my account mail?

Our Booking number is 44050571.

The tickets are attached and sent to your email id Kindly confirm if you received it.

As your booking is processed on Rail Europe Middle East website which is handled by Al Rostamani who is our Dubai Fulfillment Centre, please send an email on the below email id for further queries and our team will assist you further.
