Print @ Home ticket download not working

My family have received a Rail Europe booking confirmation e-mail, and got the following message by clicking the link.

"Once your booking is completed, your Print @ home ticket will be automatically downloaded when clicking on this same link

Thalys Print @ Home ticket

Click on the link provided in the confirmation email to open a PDF version of your Print @ home ticket.

Due to anti-fraud verification, it may happen that you will receive the link to your Print @ home ticket within 2 business days.

Check your spam folder, as sometimes emails are automatically redirected there."

I cannot download the PDF of our tickets.

Could you please send it to my account mail?

Our reservation ID is 42271453.

Hello Kentaro,

Thanks for the question.

Attached are your tickets from Brussels to Amsterdam. You will need to print the ticket on an A4 size paper and carry for your travel.

The printing option for Paris to Brussels via Lille sector is Print @ station.

Print @ station - In order to retrieve the ticket from the Kiosk, you will need any Debit/Credit card to activate the machine. You will then need to add in the PNR of the ticket and the last name used to make the booking in order to retrieve the ticket.

I am having the same problem. The tickets I booked are not downloading from the confirmation email. Please can you email me my tickets.
