Hello Ratih,

Thanks for the question.

You cannot arrange wheelchair through the website as you will need check the instructions below to book wheelchair and assistance.

The “Accès Plus” (Access Plus) service allows disabled pax to travel and move around more easily in SNCF stations and on board TGV Lyria trains.

This service is free of charge and allows customers to get assistance from the entrance of the station to his seat on board in his departure point and at the arrival one. Staff will look after you during the access time to your train. If you have a connection train in a station , the staff will look after you and make easier your access to the next train.

To reserve the welcome and assistance service, tailored to suit the passenger's needs and his amount of luggage, please contact the SNCF “Centre de Service Accès Plus” (Access Plus Service Centre) at least 48 hours prior to departure.

There are various ways to obtain information in preparation for your journey :

Tel.: 0890 640 650 then press 1 (0.11 €/min incl. taxes) Short number: 36 35 then say, “Accès Plus” (0.34 €/min incl. taxes)

Fax: 0825 825 957 (0.15 €/min incl. taxes) Mail : Website : andés]

Hope this helps!!!
