No confirmation email to Dina Krylova

My adress is: and booking number: 38159503. I did not get the confirmation email. When I finished booking and got the booking number I created an account on your website and got enquiry email, but there were no tickets on my account. I got an information using HELP button that my email adress did not exist but the confirmation email was sent somewhere. How can I get the confirmation email on my adress?

Thanks for the question.

As per the booking number you booking is successful and confirmation email has been sent to your email id. Kindly check your spam and junk folders for the email.

Due to technical glitch the website has notified as electronic ticket. However the tickets are paper tickets and will be delivered within 8 business days. The tracking number for the booking is 9072284012, you can track you delivery on
