No access to booking details in my account

When I created an account your confirmation email included the following information, however when I log into my account it does not display my booking?

Thanks for the question.

If your booking is successfully booked on the website, it will not reflect in your account. You can refer to the Booking Confirmation email for details regarding your booking. Please note, booking confirmation email is not a valid travel document.
