Need some details for refund of swiss 4 days travel pass FREE DAY INCL

I am basically from India, I have Indian Citizenship, Indian Passport. Now I am in UK in tier 2 ICT visa, which is valid for 2 years, last year I came here and it will expire on 21/05/2019. I was not sure if I can buy SWISS TRAVEL PASS FREE DAY INCL, So sent an email to raileurope and got confirmation that I can. after that yesterday I bought it and now they are saying that its not valid for you and you will not get full refund? Not sure where to go and what to do for this? please help. I have attached the confirmation email also..Thank you in advance for your help..
