Need help in my Europe travel plan (France > Switzerland > Italy)

Hi All,

I'm from Thailand and I'm going to travel to Europe this April (2017) the plans are according to this please help me out as what train should I take, packages I should get, information of stations and any other helpful details as much as possible.

The trip will start at staying in Paris for the first 2 days then later on travel to Switzerland, having a night stay at Interlaken. Before that I would like to visit Spiez and Thun on the way. So for a night stay at Interlaken, then I will go to Zermatt for another night. After a one night stay at Zermatt then I would straight forward to Milan (Italy) also for another night. When the day ends then I would like to take the train back from Milan to Paris with a 1 night stay on the train. A couple of days in Paris then I would like to travel to Nice and Cannes at the south of France for 2 more days and then back to Paris again. That's the end of my Europe trip.

Thank you for all of the advices coming.

Regards,

Hello Aneeka,

Thanks for the question.

As you are travelling many cities in the mentioned countries you can purchase the Eurail 3 country Pass for France-Switzerland- Italy. This Pass will allow you to travel on all regional and domestic trains in the mentioned countries.

To purchase the Pass click "Here".

Keep in mind that seat reservations would be mandatory for all High-Speed, Night, Scenic and Border Crossing trains. But, you will avail pass holder/discounted fares for these journeys with the pass.

In order to book seat reservations, please visit our website.

The pass seats can be reserved by clicking on “Seat Reservations” & feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares.

Please click on the “Fare Details” tab to view details regarding the type of fare, type of seat, whether a reservation is included or not and the After Sales Policy.

Hope this helps!!!

Best Regards,

Amar, Rail Europe Travel Expert.
