My train is leaving tomorrow morning and I still don't have my tickets or confirmation in my email. Our credit card has been charged. I do not have th

We never received confirmation email for our train and it leaves tomorrow am (Less than 12 hours). We don't have a booking number because we never received the confirmation email. We were charged on our credit card. Please help as soon as possible!

Request you to drop an email with your complete name, 08 digit booking number and the screen shot of the bank details stating the purchase to the below email id and our team will check and assist you further.

You can blur the bank details in the screenshot.
