My Bookings - Missing Trip

I have booked my trip and have the confirmation booking number. Why can't I see it in my account online under My Bookings?

Hello Kristi,

Thanks for the question.

Once the booking are done successfully on the website the booking does not remain in the account or history on the website. All details regarding the booking can be checked in the confirmation email received.

If you wish to check the booking status you can provide us the 08 digit booking number and we will assist you further.
