Hello Kim,

Thanks for the question.

Standard Luggage Policy:

2 x 32kg suitcases per paying traveler, plus one carry-on luggage authorized on board.

Luggage must not exceed 158 cm maximum (sum of height, width and depth).

The standard amount of luggage is 2 large items per person. Trains have overhead storage racks throughout the car, storage at the back of some seats and luggage areas at the end of the car. Most stations do not have porter services.

Note: Luggage kept by the passenger and placed in the luggage racks remains under the sole responsibility of the traveler. The railroads assume no responsibility in case of loss, damage, or theft.

Hope this helps!!!

Best Regards,

Leora, Rail Europe Travel Expert.
