I lost tgv lyria paper ticket sent to my home address. What should i do now?

I lost my tgv lyria paper tickets which was sent to my home address in India. Now what should I do about it? Kindly suggest

Hello Varun,

Thanks for the question.

With reference to our conservation, you stated that your tickets were lost by the courier company during transit. We would request you to kindly check with the courier company regarding your tickets as we are unable to proceed with refund without the original tickets that were shipped to you.

We would require the original tickets in our office in order to go ahead with refund as the managing railways are very strict with the policy.
