Hello Rupa,

Thanks for your question.

With the France Rail Pass you cannot book your journey from Lucerne to Strasbourg. However you can book your journey as follows:

- Lucerne to Mulhouse via Basel – SBB trains and TER train.

In order to book tickets, please visit our website.

You would need to feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares. You need to select the fare which is preferable to you and then add it to Cart. Once added, you need to mention the names of the passengers to make the payment on the next page.

From Mulhouse to StrasbourgTER train. ( You can use the France Rail Pass for this journey).

France Rail Pass can be used only for train journeys within France and cannot be used for travel within Paris. For travel within Paris you can use the Paris Pass.

To purchase the Paris Pass click “Here”.

You can purchase seat reservation at the train station, which will be subject to availability. However it is advised to book it on the website in advance to have a hassle free journey.

Hope this helps!!!

Best Regards,

Amar, Rail Europe Travel Expert.
