How would I receive by ticket

I live in Brazil and I bought by the website 2 tickets to travel from Budapest to Belgrad in April and I was thinking the tickets would be sent by e-mail (so I can print them).

However, I received the confirmation e-mail of the purchase withouth the e-tickets. It says "Your ticket(s) will be sent to your address." But I live in Brazil, so this is impossible!

How should I proceed?

Can I print the tickets on the station? Can I receive them by e-mail? Should I cancel the purchase (I read that this is quite impossible).

Please help me.

Hello Mariana,

Thanks for the question.

The printing option for your sector is Paper ticket where the ticket will be shipped to your address and you will receive it within 8 business days.

Paper ticket cannot be printed from the confirmation email. You will have to carry the ticket that will be delivered to your address.

Kindly provide your 8 digit booking number that starts with 41 or 42 so that we can check and assist you regarding your booking.
