How Can I obtain the reservation number?

I was doing a reserve to travel from Brusellas to Paris on Febraury 22nd. I complete the transaction until the confirmation stage but suddenly the website put me out. I did not receive the email confirmation of the reserve but the payments already is in my credit card. Can you please revise in your system and let me know how I can proceed? My data as follow:

- Name: Gabriel Flores

- e Mail:

- Reservation: 2 adults

- Date: February 22nd

- Destine: from Brussels to Paris
