How can I find the chat option?

I was using the Chat to ask questions and for receiving fast answers, but for some reason I am not able to find the chat anymore.

In order to book tickets, please visit our website

You would need to feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares. You need to select the fare which is preferable to you and then Add it to Cart. Once added, you need to mention the names of the passengers to make the payment on the next page.

The fare you are trying to book is sold out hence you are receiving that error message. Request you to book on a higher fare or alternate train.

Hi,

I have purchased a global pass and have tried to booked for seat reservations. when I received the paper ticket, I have found out that Travels From Paris to Amsterdam there is seat reservation fee and there is a ticket fee also. I thought since we have global pass only seat reservations should I pay. same issue travels from Prague to Vienna. Please advise.

Hello Leora/rail Europe Travel Expert,

I put two passes in my booking cart but in the confirmation page it is mentioned 'Only Paper ticket delivery option is available for Passes' .

Is it valid if I print the swiss travel pass for 4 consecutive days from home.

Dear Leora,

Thanking you for the quick response and offered help.

My booking number is 40240378.

Please help me to find out the first day of validity for these travel pass.

My planned journey is from 20th June to 23rd June (4 days) but while booking travel pass, there was no option found to enter the travel date.

Thanks for your reply.

As per your booking number, we can see that Swiss Travel Pass is already issued and emailed to you. You will need to print the Pass on an A4 size paper and produce for your travel.
