Fix the falsely written shipping address

How could I correct my shipping address for the paid one booking before RailEurope place that order?!

I mentioned my billing address instead of my delivery one due payment process!

Hello Amar, again

I've dropped several emails to Al Rostamani travel but haven't got any replay ! Also tried to call them but the lines was too busy...(I don't know but seems that there is kinda technical problem ..)

Any way here it's my question in case: is it possible to get such tickets in the station before get in the train , I mean now I have my confirmation and the ticket reference is there any self service machine to take a paper one over there ....

The Booking No is 40056258 and the train is ICE 527 Depart from frankfurt to Munich on Aug16

Today I finally could made a call to Al Rostamani Travel Agency but they said bookings through Rail Europe.com is not belong to them and they c an not help!! I should call the US office ?!

then who can fix this problem ?

Really like to know if there is a way to take the ticket at the station on departure date?

hello there, Actually the lady didn't let me to say booking no ...she just repeat and repeat ; Orders from Eurorail.com dose not belongs to us we are responsible for Asian bookings you have to call the US Office !

By thy way ...here its my booking no again 40056258

Hello again , since the problem is still unsolved is there any other way in case of changing that wrong delivery address?

Mrs Geeta Suwase from Al Rostamani replied to my email and she also referred the issue to her colleague (Ms Amal) but I haven't got any respond from her yet...

I'm afraid that the departure date is getting closer and closer and I forcefully need the ticket to be delivered before July 25th....
