Hello Alex,

Thanks for the question.

It is best to purchase Eurail Italy Pass for your travel in Italy.

You can purchase Point to point ticket for the rest of your journey.

You can book and travel as follows:

- Barcelona to LyonFrance – Spain High Speed train.

- Lyon to Zurich with 1 connection at Mulhouse – Other train and TGV Lyria train.

- Zurich to Zagreb – Euronight train.

- Zagreb to Split – Eurocities train.

- Split to Dubrovnik – (Not bookable on the website)

- Split to Zagreb – Eurocities train.

- Zagreb to Venice with 1 connection at Villach – Eurocites and Euronight trains.

For your travel in Italy you can follows the below route:

- Venice Rome Naples – Salerno – Bari.

The closest train station to Amalfi Coast is Salerno. From Salerno to Amalfi Coast you will have to travel by public transport as there are no train connections.

From Bari – Athens – Mykonos – Santorini you will have to travel by Ferry which will have to be booked locally.

Keep in mind that seat reservations would be mandatory for all High-Speed, Night, Scenic and Border Crossing trains. But, you will avail pass holder/discounted fares for these journeys with the pass.

In order to book seat reservations, please visit our website.

The pass seats can be reserved by clicking on “Seat Reservations” & feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares.

Please click on the “Fare Details” tab to view details regarding the type of fare, type of seat, whether a reservation is included or not and the After Sales Policy.
