Eurail Global pass priviledges

Hi! These is my plan in my Europe trip in December: 4 nights in Rome, 2 nights in Venice, 2 nights in Geneva, 4 Nights in France, the Fly to Barcelona for 3 nights then back to Paris for 1 night before my Flight back to my country of origin.

Also, I'm planning to have some side trips like going to Pisa or Florence in the morning before going to Venice or while in Paris, I want to see Cologne and Amsterdam; my questions are;

1) What Pass should i buy? or should I buy the Point to point tickets?

2)If I have Global pass, is it free to travel from Rome to Florence to Venice? or I still need to get a reservation?

3) when I search in "Find train ticket" in your website, it shows list of trains like the EUROCITIES, FRECCIABIANCA, and TRAIN; does the TRAIN means its free if I have a Global pass?

Hope u coluld help me decide; I'm trying to compute and weigh which is cheaper, Point to point tickets or Passes in my Planned Trip.

Thank you!
