Did not receive Europe Rail Pass As Promised.. hope RAILEUROPE is not Fraud!

Hi,

I bought 6days Select Pass for Italy and Switzerland on 28th Jan 2018 and promised delivery date was on 5th Feb 2018. Till date no tickets are delivered.!

I was not even able to get passes based on Booking confirmation # received via E-mail. As railway stations need PNR# .

Feeling cheated as its not even allowing for a refund, nor India customer care number works!

Hope someone rectifies it soon!!

Hello Ashish,

Rail Europe is the #1 distributor of train tickets and rail passes in the world, selling through appointed General Sales Agents and directly on the web through local websites (local currency, local language and local service). Rail Europe is a joint venture between the French National Railways (SNCF) and the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB).

Kindly provide your 8 digit booking number that starts with 41 or 42 so that we can check regarding your booking.

Hi Thank you for promptly responding, I now hope the #1 provider of passes of tickets also provide #1 customer support.

My booking# 42306482

Promised Delivery Date : 05-Feb-2018

Now I had to travel on 12th Feb, and had to shell out 136 Euros as no one in Milan Central station was able to retrieve PNR with your E-mail confirmation. While Its a big blow to me. I would still want to trust guys and help if you can share PNR number before 16th Feb.

If that is not realistic, then kindly refund as its unused ticket and delivery of the ticket was never done. You may deduct 15% charges.

Option 1: Share PNR by 16-Feb-2018

or

Option 2 : Initiate Refund.

Hope #1 distributor honors their customer with Best support!

Hi Any update? My concerns are unanswered if PNRs can not be provided by 16th then pls initiate refund. Im willing to sort this issue either by getting PNR or by refund.

Not responding to such a concern who is already travelling and ticket delivery has still not happened indicates something went wrong at your side

Hope PNR is retrived by 16th feb 2018 if not kindly initiate refund I donot want to go on social media and spread my bad experience. please reply asap.

Hello Ashish,

With reference to booking 42306482 we can see that your Pass is already delivered to your address on 30th January itself and was signed by Ajay Sc.

Your tracking number is 15364483444 and you can track your shipment on http://www.bluedart.com

You will need to carry the Pass that is delivered to your address as without the Pass you will not be able to travel.

Hi

Appreciate your response, I stay in a gated community and all couriers are either received at security office or are delivered to my home. I double checked and there has not been any courier from you guys received at my address and there is no body named Ajay SC in my family or at security office.

How did Bluedart deliver the courier to a person who is not mentioned in address ? I do not want to debate if you can help with PNR i would be greatful to you and atleast recover half of my loss. Please atleast share the PNR#

I receive a lot of packages from Bluedart and they always deliver or call me at the time of delivery to confirm package delivery. You can understand i spent around 500 euros and would keenly be waiting for it to avoid any losses

Hope you understand my concern and sort things out.

As this is Paper Pass there is no PNR as such. You need the valid pass for your travel.
