Credit card charged but no tickets to email- pls help

I paid for the tickets ordered but nothing happen after charging my

credit card of around HK3700. The order for 2 persons (Li Man Kuen & Wong Lun

Shan) as follows:

31 July 2015 Barcelona Sants to Madrid Atocha 16:00-19:15

1 Aug 2015 Madrid to Toledo 9:20-9:53

1Aug 2015 Toledo to Madrid 19:20-19:53

2 Aug 2015 Madrid Chamartin to Segovia 9:55 –10:22

2 Aug 2015 Segovia to to Madrid Chamartin 18:15-18:43

5 Aug 2015 Madrid Atocha - Cordoba

9:00-10:50

12 Aug 2015 Seville Santa Justa to madrid 9:45-12:20

14 Aug 2015 Madrid Atocha to Zaragoza Delicias 9:30-10:45

15 Aug 2015 Zaragoza Delicias to Barcelona Sants 8:00-9:58

Please help and advice.
