Hello Isha,

I tried to contact your fulfillment team, but cannot.

I click "Contact Us", then enter to the page of Assistant, then I choose "Not Yet Book Ticket". Then only have "Travel Forum", "FQA" and etc., but no way to contact your fulfillment team, please advise.

Matthew.

Hello Isha,

Thank you for your advice. I had sent out the message and hope your fulfillment team can help us to book the seats. Do you think I need to continue to check the seat reservation by myself.

Thanks,

Matthew

Hello Isha,

I got the reply from your fulfillment team that it is no need to reserve seats from Namur (or Luxembourg) to Amsterdam, especially I want to take the time around 14:00 on 25/7. However, I had checked in your website and your Hong Kong office that we must reserve seats from one country to another country. Namur is in Belgium and Amsterdam is in Netherland. Do your company consider Benelux as one country, so I only use the rail pass to travel without reserve seats. Please clarify.

Best regards,

Matthew

Hello Matthew,

Thanks for your reply.

Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg is considered as Benelux. Benelux is considered as one country.

If you wish to reserve seats, request you to book them locally.

Hope this helps!!!
