Bought double tickets with same date, time, names by mistake. Any chance to refund one of them?

I bought yesterday a ticket for two passengers twice with the exact date, time, names by mistake through raileurope-gcc.com.

They mailed me a confirmation mail with one booking number for the purchased two tickets.

I sent a message through the customer care page immediately after realizing the extra unneeded ticket.

I followed the refund process in their website with no success. it showed the purchased tickets but when trying to refund just one ticket it gave me ERROR_WS_1068.

I'm aware that the tickets are non-refundable but is there any chance refunding just one ticket in my situation? specially that it's obvious that it was purchased by mistake because of the identical names and date on both tickets?

Hello

I'm having the same problem.

I bought ticket for six passengers and one

of this ticket has same exact date, time, names with one other ticket by

mistake through raileurope-gcc.com

I sent a message through the customer care

My tickets booking number is 42355460 and

unneeded tickets reference number code is TMSKRH. The other five ticket has no problem. Is there any thing that you

can do? Thank you so much for your help.
