Hello John,

Thanks for your question.

Please click on the “Fare Details” tab to view details regarding the type of fare, type of seat, whether a reservation is included or not and the After Sales Policy.

Kindly note that " Reservation Not Included" means it is an open ticket. Open tickets are normally valid for 15 days. You can travel once on this sector during the validity of the ticket. No prior reservation is required. You cannot travel with an open ticket on high speed trains, night trains, scenic train and on Eurocity trains.

" Reservation Included" means seat reservation cost is included with the cost you pay for your ticket and it guarantees you a seat.

In order to book tickets, please visit our website

Hope this helps.
