Booking failed but credit card sales are approved

The day before yesterday, I booked the tickets and tried to make payment with my VISA credit card. But it was failed because I entered wrong visa personal identification number. However, the credit card sales had beed approved.

How should I handle this situation? I can not find out the booking was succeed or not. Should I ignore the card approval and make new booking?

Please give the the guidance ASAP.

May I know your 08 digit booking number ? if you do not have the booking number kindly provide your First name and Last name used to make booking so we can check with our system.

Unfortunately, I don't have booking number.

And I used Jangseok Moon as my first and last name when I made booking.

Unfortunately we are unable to detect the booking on our system. Request you to drop an email to the contact us page of the website you made the booking on and our team will assist you accordingly.

You can drop an email by clicking on "Already Booked" and selecting "send us a message" which will allow you to send an email.
