booking confirmation

Hello,

I booked and paid for 5 tickets (Barcelona - Malaga one way trip) and the amount was deducted from my credit card but I did not receive any booking confirmation. After verifying my credit card, it took me to a page saying ere sorry, but we cannot finalize your booking.. And now I can't retrieve by booking.

Please advise ASAP.

Regarding your booking may I request you to contact our fulfillment team. Our fulfillment team would be more than happy to help you.

You can mail us on the ‘Contact Us’ page. You would have to select ‘Already booked’ tab and send in your message.

email but I still have problem to find my booking and I was paid the amount

already , when I search my booking, I have this massege ((Sorry, the

confirmation mail could not be resent. The given email address does not match

our records.))
