Booked swiss passes for me and family pass. swiss passes delievered to me but not the swiss family card

i have booked the swiss travel passes for me , my wife and 2 swiss family cards as we will be travelling next week to Switzerland. swiss trvel passes are recieved for me and my wife but no family card for my kids as my kids are 3.5 and 6.5 years respectively. my order number is 126348897 and my booking number is 44301562.

Appreciate to look in to this. i am a bit worried.
