Booked swiss passes for me and family pass. Money deducted but paper ticket not received yet.

Hi,

I am from Jerusalem Israel and have planned to travel Switzerland on Sep 2018. I have booked my Swiss passes on 12th Jul 2018 for my travel to Switzerland on 9th Sep 2018 to 11th Sep 2018.

It is showing paper tickets to be delivered but I have not yet received the Swiss passes to my post box.

I tried to contact the rail and fly office in Haifa but my request has been ignored every time. I sent so many mails/ I called them last week then they told that it will be delivered in one week. When I called them today they told that it is cancelled and I will get back my money in my card but how I don't know.

I don't know what is going on neither I am neither getting the paper ticket nor my money back. Attached is the PDF which I received on my email.

Hello Prashant,

Thanks for the question.

As per the booking number provided we can see that the Adult Swiss passes which you have attached are the valid passes for your travel which you need to print on an A4 size paper and carry for your travel.

The Swiss Family Card for the child is provided as paper ticket which is delivered to the address. It has been sent to you address by our Israel team, hence kindly contact them on the below email id and they will assist you further.

If you do not receive it you can provide the date of birth of the child and we will issue the print at home copy of the Swiss Family card which you will need to print on an A4 size paper and carry for the travel.
