Dear Arvind,

Thanks for the question.

As you are travelling many cities for your travel you can book Eurail 3 cpuntry Pass for Italy France and Switzerland. This pass allows you to travel on regional and domestic trains within the countries listed.

To purchase the pass click "Here".

Keep in mind that seat reservations would be mandatory for all High-Speed, Night, Scenic and Border Crossing trains. But, you will avail pass holder/discounted fares for these journeys with the pass.

In order to book seat reservations, please visit our website.

Kindly note that pass seats can be reserved by clicking on "I have a rail Pass" on the home page of our website under "Book Train tickets" & then select the name of the pass and feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on "Search". Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares.

Please click on the “Fare Details” tab to view details regarding the type of fare, type of seat, whether a reservation is included or not and the After Sales Policy.

Route for Jungfraujoch :

Interlaken – Grindelwald/ Lauterbrunnen – Jungfraujoch.

Interlaken – Grindelwald/ Lauterbrunnen : Free with the Pass

Grindelwald/ Lauterbrunnen– Jungfraujoch : Mountain Train/Cable Car ride, has to be booked locally. You will get a discount with the Pass.

For Schilthorn :

Interlaken – Grindelwald/ Lauterbrunnen – Schilthorn.

Interlaken – Grindelwald/ Lauterbrunnen : Free with the Pass

Grindelwald/ Lauterbrunnen– Schilthorn : Mountain Train/Cable Car ride, has to be booked locally. You will get a discount with the Pass.

Note that this pass is only valid for travel on trains and not valid for other transport or travel within a city.

Hope this helps!!!

Best Regards,

Amar, Rail Europe Travel Expert.

I checked tickets with the 3 countries pass. After mentioning the pass while booking the following showed up for two travellers:-

Lucerne-Interlaken-Lucerne : INR 16,648/- (Regular Fare no discount)

Lucerne-Venice: Rs 16,627/- (Regular Fare no discount)

If i have to pay for two travellers INR 43,588/- (Three country pass) + INR 16,648/- * INR 16,627/- is lot of money and very expensive. I have still not checked cost between Paris-Lucerne & Venice-Rome as per my itineary mentioned in my previous mail.

Could you tell me where am i going wrong as the prices shown are tooo expensive.
