Benelux rail pass for 8 days in one month.

We are planning to purchase a Benelux pass for eight days in one month category for two persons' family pass. Can we use the pass on any eight days of our stay of 12 days in Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg? For reservations of seats are there any extra charges?

Dear Minish,

Thank you for your question.

The Eurail Benelux Pass is the ultimate pass to discover Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. All three countries are commonly known as Benelux and are offered as a single destination.

With a pass you can travel free on regional trains.

Despite having a pass reservations are mandatory with additional cost on high-speed trains, night trains, scenic trains and border crossing trains.

The pass seats can be reserved by clicking on "seat reservation" when using your rail pass & then feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares.

Please click on the “Fare Details” tab to view details regarding the type of fare, type of seat, whether a reservation is included or not and the After Sales Policy.

Hope this helps!!!
